Wind Energy

about product

The wind is a clean, free, and readily available renewable energy source. Each day, around the world, wind turbines are capturing the wind’s power and converting it to electricity. Wind power generation plays an increasingly important role in the way we power our world – in a clean, sustainable manner.

But how is wind energy created? Wind turbines allow us to harness the power of the wind and turn it into energy. When the wind blows, the turbine's blades spin clockwise, capturing energy. This triggers the main shaft of the wind turbine, connected to a gearbox within the nacelle, to spin. The gearbox sends that wind energy to the generator, converting it to electricity. Electricity then travels to a transformer, where voltage levels are adjusted to match with the grid.

For which systems is the Wind Energy suitable?

If you have enough wind resource in your area and the situation is right, small wind electric systems are one of the most cost-effective home-based renewable energy systems -- with zero emissions and pollution. It is Suitable for any Consumer having power usage of 5MW & Above. It can also be used for a variety of other applications, including water pumping on farms and ranches.

Benefits of Wind Energy

• India is the world’s fourth-largest onshore wind market by installations, with 37.5 GW of capacity as of 2019, and has the potential for more than 695 GW at 120 metres hub height.

• Take Up Less Space then the Average Power Station.

• Wind Turbines are great resources in Generating Electricity in Remote Locations.

•Applicable with Power Buyer having Minimum 5MW Power requirement.(Group Captive/ Open Access).
